Hello, I am Sana, a coach, resilience trainer, and neuroscience of change consultant. I come from a pharmaceutical background, and I worked more than 20 years in this industry. A beautiful professional journey that provided me with many skills and allowed my curiosity to grow. Life took some turns and forced me to look inside! and after some years of immersing myself in personal development, inner work, and science-based trainings, a deep desire and a passion to share and help others were ignited. In May 2021, I decided to change my career and fully dedicate my time to be a catalyst for change and transformation.
