Adam is absolutely passionate about HeartMath and its ability both as a personal transformation tool as well as a model and means of advancing positive change for the planet and humanity as a whole. With over 35 years of experience and having a practice in the natural and functional healing arts, utilizing Muscle Response Feedback (aka muscle testing/kinesiology), Adam focus is now on teaching and training – both live and virtually – and has trained hundreds of practitioners around the world. He is the developer of several training programs, including the Holographic Explorer™ program, and the Integrative Wellness Practitioner Training™ (IWFT) – both of which contain HeartMath elements and training. After 30 years in the North Bay area of San Francisco (Sonoma County), Adam (and his 2 cats) has now relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado, where he enjoys the mountain energy of the Rockies and all that offers. With over 35 years experience in the natural healing arts and personal wellness field, I now travel around the world and educate people in the art and science of Muscle Response Feedback – Energy Kinesiology.

Of course, HeartMath is woven into all my work as well as my personal life. While I mostly teach now through both live and virtual workshops, I also enjoy providing HeartMath coaching and training to those in need.
