With qualification and twenty years of experience in clinical social work, twelve of those in health setting I am passionate about providing a professional, high quality service to my clients. I am also accredited evidence based Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner. With completion of HeartMath system Coach/Mentor certification and commitment to ongoing study in this field I’m inspired to support people to live to their full potential. Sessions will support clients connect to their inner wisdom and access the intelligence of their own heart. I have expertise in range of areas: trauma relief and resiliency, PTSD, frontline acute care, perinatal/maternal/family health, chronic and acute health to name just a few.
