I have always believed that our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal. My main goal as an Usui/Holy Fire III, Karuna Reiki Teacher and Practitioner is to help others empower the healer within themselves. To further this aim, I completed foundational training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in January of 2020 and became a PSYCH-K® Facilitator in May of 2023.

I became a Certified HeartMath Practitioner because HeartMath techniques are powerful tools for self-regulation and healing. I use HeartMath techniques in my sessions as well as provide training so the people I work with can use them as desired, continuing their healing to live their best life.
