I have lived in Colorado since 2001 and was here every summer since 1992--I love it! I also love educating and supporting people towards higher levels of health and wellness. The HeartMath System is an invaluable tool towards that cause; I teach some element of it to every client I see.
I have an unconventional work history that includes over a decade's experience living the 24-hour call shift life in the field of organ donation, as well as leading bicycle tours across the western U.S. and Canada, and also working with people with chronic illnesses such as cancer, chronic pain, and autoimmune disorders.
Currently, I have a psychotherapy private practice in Denver and I also see Resilience Training clients at my office as well as via video chat.
