I obtained my BSc in Physics from University of Bristol, UK, my MSc in Radiation Physics from University of London, UK and my PhD in Physiology from Imperial College, University of London. With my HeartMath training I work one-on-one with clients to reduce the emotional and physical manifestations of stress and anxiety. I am an accomplished speaker and educator and also work with groups within universities, hospitals and other healthcare institutions to teach the principles of resilience, self-care and improved performance. My clients include teachers, students, medical residents, nurses and activists in the community who want to make a difference. My focus is to actively engage them and encourage them to ask questions. My research on methods to reduce stress has been featured on KVOA News 4 and KUAT Arizona Illustrated. With my extensive experience in education and scientific research I will deliver the key information to you or your group to inspire you to achieve your personal and professional goals. Consultations and coaching available over the phone or in person.
How I use the HeartMath System
I use the HeartMath systems to teach university students how to manage stress so that they can achieve their best in exams, sport and public speaking. I also help clients manage their feelings and emotions through unmounted interactions with horses using a combination of HeartMath tools and technology and close observation of the horse's responses. This works particularly well for children, teenagers and the elderly. In addition I have trained in the following HeartMath Programs: “HeartMath Interventions”; “The Resilience Advantage: Skills for Personal and Professional Effectiveness”; “Stopping Emotional Eating”.
