I became a HeartMath® Mentor in Building Personal Resilience as I found what is really missing now are techniques to use eyes wide open, on the go and even before or after a stressful event to navigate easily into our daily life with efficiency and performance.
I decided to make a career shift to share these simple and powerful techniques to face unpredictable challenges with more ease, gain energy instead of waste it, be able to self-regulate our emotions, gain mental clarity, increase our ability of decision-making, problem solving, take care of ourselves and get things that really matters finally done.
By Following our heart's wisdom and intuitive guidance, we easily go with the flow of life, and we start to feel that we are on the right place where we should be, with our heart. I felt self-compassion, appreciation, inner ease, confidence instead of self-pity and being victim of my automatic reactions.
