I discovered HeartMath more than 10 years ago when I was working as a System Engineer in the defense industry. An electrical engineer by degree, I was attracted to the science and the technologies of HeartMath. At my workplace, I began spreading the word about HeartMath’s research and what it means at a personal and interpersonal level. I also began using the tools and techniques to help myself deal with the daily stress of the job.
In 2014, I made a career change and entered the personal growth and healing field. Today I am a Transformation Coach, helping people to change their lives. I draw upon my engineering skills of troubleshooting, observation, and analysis combined with intuition to get to the root cause of undesired patterns of behavior. I use tools such as HeartMath, PSYCH-K, and Reiki to help people to change those behaviors and remove the barriers to living the life they desire.
My approach draws upon my own transformation process and experience. I enjoy sharing the tools and techniques I use - what works for me - in my one-on-one sessions and small group classes.
