I have always been searching for answers to the questions: Who am I? What is the purpose of my life?
Thanks to my inquisitive nature, since the beginning of my professional life I have been involved in my own and others' development because it is in it that I see meaning and fulfillment. Curiosity about human nature, the strategies we choose to realize our growth and the desire to support those strategies have always led me to work with people. First, I became fascinated with French culture and art as a French teacher, and now, for 10 years, I have been coaching and developing my clients as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Mentor, Manager and now HeartMath Cerified Mentor.
