About Casey

I am happiest when I am learning.

Among other things, I've spent the last 20 or so years learning-by-parenting.

Kids are incredible teachers!

I am the author of Permission Slips: thoughts on how to be a human being without beating yourself up for being human.  Yes - the subtitle is (intentionally) clumsy.

When I am not laughing, playing games, and watching movies with my family, you may find me speaking, training, teaching or coaching in the role of:

  • HeartMath® Certified Trainer
  • Certified Primal Health Coach
  • Yoga Teacher
  • Heart Ninja (learn more about this in my book)

I am passionate about these things because I love it when science backs up the things that I intuitively feel good about doing.

(My clients love that, too.  BONUS!)

I look forward to the opportunity to learn and grow with you.

How I use the HeartMath System

I use the HeartMath System every single day.

It begins in the morning when I anchor myself with the Inner Ease technique - setting the tone for the day.

I use Coherent Communication before and during important conversations.

I use Quick Coherence throughout the day to Prepare, Shift, and Reset so that I can stay clear, focused and engaged.

The HeartMath System allows me to serve my community as my very best self, keeping my inner battery charged and ready for whatever comes next.
