About Cathy

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf is a HeartMath® Building Personal Resilience Coach/Mentor, provider of the HeartMath® Stress & Well-being Assessment, Prosci Certified Change Management Professional, Transformational Life Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health/Lifestyle Coach, and author.  She received her Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Sciences, Summa Cum Laude, specializing in Counseling and Transformational Life Coaching.  As a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), she contributed to the Change Management Professional Standards.

With a broad range of expertise, Cathy specializes in such areas as team performance, leadership development, communication skills, decision making, change management, career counseling, and adult learning.  Dr. Chargualaf is also a credentialed Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Practitioner and a qualified facilitator of California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™), CPI 360 Leadership Assessment.

She combines over two decades of change management and accelerated human performance expertise. Her experience and involvement in the community has ranged from a California State Certified Counselor for Anaheim’s Community Services Program, Counselor for the Orange County Sexual Assault Network, and Counselor for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation.
