I’m an accredited Strategic Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist at The Oriented Mind based in the Eastern Suburb of Sydney Australia. My approach is solution oriented. This means that I actively working together with you to find the best solution to your problem. We won’t be focussing on your past, we will be looking at how you do your problem today and how we can move you forward in your life. Using this approach we can make changes in stress, anxiety, low self esteem, procrastination, motivation, phobias, weight management and trauma.
