Dawn Palmer-Vacchiano

Dawn, a registered nurse by training, is a HeartMath® Certified Trainer with a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Dawn received her AAS at the Community College of Philadelphia but her passion for lifelong learning would not allow her to stop there. She soon went on to receive her BSN and then MSN from Holy Family University in Philadelphia. Her experience in Behavioral Health, Medical Surgical and Hospice Nursing led her to crave a deeper understanding of emotional well-being and how it connects to health and wellness. Dawn has spent the past several years studying the effects of stress on the body and the transformative effects of meditation and mindfulness. Her approach combines her medical knowledge and personal practice with HeartMath's research-backed techniques to help empower others on their transformation journey. She has worked 1:1 and in larger groups helping others access their heart's intelligence and unlocking their inner potential. Her mission is to turn the burden of stress into the fuel for personal and professional transformation - or as she likes to call it, innerPhuel.
