Deb Loftus

I work with leaders and leadership teams to strengthen their ability to express their gifts out into their personal and professional lives in ways that are both aligned with performance demands and their deeper selves.   My coaching approach blends the unique combination of strengths that come from my background as a behavioral scientist, a business executive and as a counselor.  I have also taught graduate school level classes in leadership at Northwestern University.
