For a long time, I struggled with chronic stress and emotional overwhelm, not realizing how much my nervous system was shaping my experiences. Discovering HeartMath's coherence techniques, somatic therapy, and yogic practices was life-changing—it gave me the tools to shift from constant reactivity to a state of balance and self-trust. This transformation inspired me to help others do the same.
Now, as an Integrative Therapist, I combine science-backed and holistic approaches, integrating HeartMath techniques, Somatic Experiencing™, and Person-Centered Therapy with the breathwork and mindfulness of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. My focus is to help clients develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a deeper mind-body connection in practical ways that fit their daily lives.
I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and those simply looking to enhance their emotional well-being and self-awareness. If you feel stuck in survival mode, I help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build a sense of inner safety.
