My journey into healing and emotional resilience has been deeply influenced by both scientific and traditional practices. As an Integrative Therapist, I specialize in nervous system regulation, emotional literacy, and somatic healing, blending HeartMath coherence techniques, Somatic Experiencing™, and Person-Centered Therapy with the wisdom of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. My background in yoga, breathwork, and meditative practices has given me a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. These techniques, combined with evidence-based approaches, help my clients reconnect with their inner balance, cultivate resilience, and regulate their emotional and physiological states. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and those looking to enhance their overall well-being, guiding them through practical tools to regulate their nervous system and develop greater emotional awareness. As a Brazilian-Australian, I offer sessions globally in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, all online via Zoom. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can build self-trust, strengthen your emotional resilience, and move from survival to thriving.

For a long time, I struggled with chronic stress and emotional overwhelm, not realizing how much my nervous system was shaping my experiences. Discovering HeartMath's coherence techniques, somatic therapy, and yogic practices was life-changing—it gave me the tools to shift from constant reactivity to a state of balance and self-trust. This transformation inspired me to help others do the same.

Now, as an Integrative Therapist, I combine science-backed and holistic approaches, integrating HeartMath techniques, Somatic Experiencing™, and Person-Centered Therapy with the breathwork and mindfulness of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. My focus is to help clients develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a deeper mind-body connection in practical ways that fit their daily lives.

I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and those simply looking to enhance their emotional well-being and self-awareness. If you feel stuck in survival mode, I help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build a sense of inner safety.

Sessions are online via Zoom, available worldwide.
