HeartMath changed my life. I have a B.A. in Transpersonal Psychology and an M.Ac. in Acupuncture. I’ve studied, practiced and taught aspects of Chinese Medicine for over 30 years. I’m a Five Element Acupuncturist, a style focusing on transformation rather than fixing, using our imbalances as doorways to transformation.  I taught a little HeartMath to many acupuncture patients until I realized “No. Be a HeartMath practitioner!” So now I offer HeartMath coaching because it’s so good, so effective, so efficient. We understand that stress is a basis for all our chronic illnesses and that resolving our stress reactions is the way out. And it’s also the doorway to transformation and growth. I have personal experience with this, I’ve found nothing that compares with HeartMath for supporting this transformation. I love how HeartMath doesn’t seek to fix anything but rather to access the best version of ourselves, build our authentic, genuine, healthy selves.
