The HeartMath I practice begins and ends with compassion.
It centers on experiencing more ease in life. And having spent a couple of decades of my own life in a fair amount of dis - ease, I understand what is required to make that shift.
Using HeartMath’s Stress and Wellbeing Assessment tool (I am a certified administrator), we can rapidly discern where stress resides in your life. Maybe you have high levels in your relationships or at work. Perhaps you feel it most in your finances or other areas of life. This assessment will also show where wellbeing already exists.
I work best with those who are ready to take responsibility for their lives. I’ll help you learn to manage your emotions and understand how profoundly those emotions effect your health, your joy, and how they impact the people around you.
My promise is to show up with integrity, be prepared, and use our time together to help you make lasting change in your life. I also pledge to maintain a sense of humor and have deep empathy for the reasons that brought you to this work.
In addition to HeartMath I teach The Connection Practice that includes elements of Nonviolent Communications and HeartMath, and I’m a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST).
