One great beauty of humanity is in our ability to change and grow in the face of enormous challenges. I believe strongly in the body’s innate resilience and ability to heal, and enjoy helping others reconnect to their own inner strength using mindfulness-based practices.
I offer counseling services for children, teens, and adults with an eclectic approach drawing from a foundation of neuroscience and evidence-based practices. I became a HeartMath Certified Practitioner to offer this technique as an effective intervention to help clients with ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and more.
