HeartMath has been the blessing I didn’t know I needed.
I was introduced to HeartMath in 2020 by a dear friend who had supported me after the sudden loss of my partner 1.5 years prior. I’d not been able to find a productive way to cope, let alone heal. Little did I know, my partner's “heart event” was just the thing that would introduce me to work that makes my heart sing.
In 2021, I became a HeartMath® Certified Trainer and began partnering with the horses I am so lucky to be the guardian for. They have been essential in my healing journey as well. Together, we partner in a version of equine-assisted learning called Horse Guided Empowerment.
We specialize in helping children and adults discover fulfilling ways to process emotional instabilities like trauma, stress and anxiety, leading to a higher level of self safety and true sovereignty.
