I believe in the potential that every human has and I believe we are all born to achieve our highest expression. I know how much our past experiences shape the way we show up in the world and healing and navigating life challenges with poise and grace is something I have been able to achieve very well as well as help my clients do too.
I was born in Mexico City and moved to Oregon in 2001. My divorce in 2015 led me to go deeper into my pursuit of human potential and by grace found the Heartmath certification coaching program to which I attribute so much of my healing navigating the pressure of such a life change. Being away from my country, family support system, a toxic relationship and two young daughters would have been very different without the resilience that the Heartmath System trained me to develop. Currently Louisa, Lucia and I live happily in Lake Oswego, Oregon and we love staying active with our community & parish. I graduated from the University of Baja California with a Bachelors in in International Relations.
