I have been certified in HeartMath since 2004 
I am interested in the importance of HRV to our physical and emotional health.  And the ability to change it and measure the changes that HM training provides. I speak on the science of the heart from the vast research HMI has done.

I am a Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator and use the HM biofeedback to measure the increase in coherence for breath clients. 
I am a Certified Health Coach and recognize the importance of assessing a clients readiness for change.

I have a BA in Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Development and small group process.
