Grow Your Calm
Social worker by training, have worked with families and individuals. Currently my focus is on helping individuals develop a 'calmer' life, more aligned with their own personal and spiritual values. I help folks begin a meditation practice if they have an interest. My training is Tibetan Buddhist style meditation from Naropa University. I also coach folks in mindfulness and earth-based practices. I offer Heart Math Coherence training as a wonderful technique for creating a baseline of calm and coherence.
How I use the HeartMath System
I personally use the Hearth Math system as a way of keeping my body/mind/heart/spirit in a coherent state. I practice ten minutes a day with the EM Wave Pro. I also practice heart-focused techniques 'on the fly' every day, in short bursts to keep feeling coherent and responsive to the demands of life! I also like to use the basic Heart-Focused Breathing technique to help me fall asleep at night.
