As an artist, I have to connect with my heart, the center of creation, so that I can tap into its wisdom and guidance, with the realization that I can trust the process. What I now know is, eventually a painting paints itself.
I wanted to know the science behind heart intelligence and I found this at the HeartMath Institute. A whole new world opened to me when I learned how to create heart coherence. I got access to new information, which was completely different from what I normally obtain from my thinking mind.
Now, I teach people how to connect with their heart and how to become the creator of their own life. I call this ‘The Art of Creation’. There is a Genius in each and everyone of us, ready to awaken.
