Lodestone R3 Inc
Ph.D. & D.Min.
My primary passion is to help leaders and communities, fulfill their vision for positive transformations and collaborative empowerment that drives social, cultural, and economic development for all.
I have a rather eclectic professional and academic background that started as a US Marine and computer systems engineer. My background was further shaped through extensive and progressive experience in corporate, faith-based, and community based organizations with direct responsibilities for over 100 employees and budgets in excess of $10million. Academically I am trained in business management, computer systems, divinity, economic development, human-community development, culture change, public policy, and population health.
My current projects offer me the privilege of collaborating with and providing training to military veterans and their families, law enforcement professionals, public health and public medicine professionals, community and faith-based leaders, legislators, and everyday community folk seeking a quality life!
How I use the HeartMath System
First and foremost I use HealthMath Systems personally to help me with my own day-to-day dealings!
I also use HeartMath Systems in the following three ways:
(1) in my resilience training, staff development, and trauma informed community training;
(2) in my Moral Injury curriculum development and training work with military veterans;
(3) in my population health work and community health research projects.
