I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a trained mediator, and a Certified HeartMath® Coach. I have an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts.
I have been a long-time member of the International Leadership Association, and have presented at the 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 annual conferences. I was the 2010 Chair for the Leadership Development Member Interest Group and was Co-Chair for the Ethics Forum Learning Community from 2009 to 2014.
