For more than twenty years, I have studied and practice many different types of meditations including coherence. I explored and trained in yoga, reiki, EFT, ayurveda and metaphysics. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for more than fifteen years.
I published my book – 4 Steps to Get What You Really Want-Mindfully in November 2017 with Balboa Press. I love speaking to large audience of wellness coaches, conscious entrepreneurs and mindful seekers on how to use meditation as a tool to creating a life of purpose. I recently added Heart Math coaching and I work with local organizations, executives and entrepreneurs to help them bring coherence into their lives and work environments.
How I use the HeartMath System
I use the Heart Math system to introduce my clients to mindful living. I then merge Mindfulnes, EFT, Yoga and Heart Coherence to help them find balance into their busy lives.
