My academic background is in environmental and safety engineering, international marketing, and transformative psychology. I worked more than a decade in EHS Management for corporate businesses. Since I graduated in Consciousness and Transformative Psychology in the US, I offer coaching, mentoring, and training services in holistic development, emotional intelligence, somatic psychology and conscious creation.
My passion is to guide my clients to a deeper understanding of their own needs, as well as their limiting beliefs, habits, and patterns that separate them from embodying their talents, authenticity and joy of life. I teach different energetic, somatic, heart-based and mental techniques, use science-based frameworks and my intuitive guidance to midwife lasting personal transformation.
My work is based on my extensive studies in consciousness, neuroscience, human development, energetic healing and bodywork, dancing, and somatic psychology, but most importantly it is influenced by my own transformative human journey and 25 years of personal practice.
