I have been using the HeartMath tools and technology since 2019 in corporation with using other applied techniques to help assit a variety of clients with many different backgrounds such as anxiety, ptsd, deppression, fibromyalgia and trauma, to reduce symptoms, increase overall health and performance. The HeartMath system has supported long term consisitant results. In 1998 My son Christian was born with a major congenital heart defect, in which we participated in the research into how a mothers emotions effect a babies physiological state. 23 years later I am excited to share the results and Technology that HeartMath has developed to help teach the world How to get out of our heads and back into our Hearts.
