Jennifer Winn, founder of Winn Performance Partners LLC, is an executive consultant and coach who helps business executives maximize their leadership skills, influence and personal effectiveness. She also works extensively with teams to enhance communication, trust, and interpersonal dynamics.

Since forming her company in 1998, Jennifer has worked with hundreds of executives and teams in a variety of industries including high-tech, finance, venture capital, consulting, healthcare, legal, media, pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer goods. She has an MBA from Stanford University and her client list includes companies such as Google, Symantec, Intuit, Agilent Technologies, eBay, Williams-Sonoma, Gap, Adobe, Kaiser Permanente, Visa, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and many others.

Prior to forming her company, Jennifer worked in marketing and business development for Hewitt Associates, Charles Schwab, and Foote, Cone & Belding; and worked in finance for First Boston in New York. In addition to her business experience, she has expertise as a professional actor and singer, performing in stage, film, radio and TV productions. She often draws upon her theatrical training to help clients strengthen their presentation and communication skills, and to enhance their ability to perform effectively under pressure.
