I specialize in helping my clients build a sustainable recovery from their addictions. The key to getting (and staying!) "un-stuck" is in training mind and body together to self-regulate: emotionally, mentally, and physiologically. To me, "living in recovery" is synonymous with "living mindfully" and I can show you how to accomplish this. You deserve a life of ease; filled with appreciation, connection, and abundance. HeartMath can be a powerful tool in training yourself to live your life as a gift, rather than an ordeal.

I am a person in long-term recovery myself; I have been a lifelong musician and have a wide set of interests. Currently I am in a Master's program in Mind-Body Medicine and Psychophysiology.

My view of the dissatisfaction and stress of human experience is informed by Buddhist Psychology, which provides both explanation and recourse for unnecessary suffering that so often leads to unskillful solutions such as self-medication. HeartMath helps me connect body and mind.
