Passionate about people, I am a partner at Ferraz Consulting, developing mental and emotional health projects for people and organizations. Professional skydiver for more than 25 years, I use my experience in the sport to facilitate teamwork, resilience and high performance in stressful situations. As Co-founder of the HeartBrasil initiative, I fulfill the dream of disseminating HeartMath knowledge and technology in the Brazil, facilitating the training of Mentors, conducting experiential journeys and developing projects to meet clients and social demands.
