Dr. Julie Carestio, DPT is the owner of Sage Physical Therapy and Sage Herbal Consulting. She combines her love of herbs, nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness techniques with her physical therapy and functional medicine training to offer a comprehensive approach to health for her patients. When she's not working with her clients, she is often working in her garden, foraging, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing or traveling.
