Over the years, my work has naturally evolved toward approaches that help people feel safer, more grounded, and more connected within their own bodies. Biofeedback and HeartMath have been especially meaningful to me, both professionally and personally. They offered a deeper understanding of how stress, emotions, and trauma live in the nervous system, not just in our thoughts.
What inspires me most about this work is watching people learn that their bodies are not working against them. Through biofeedback and HeartMath practices, clients can see in real time how small shifts in breath, focus, or emotion can create meaningful changes in how they feel. These tools help bridge the gap between insight and lived experience, allowing healing to feel tangible and empowering rather than overwhelming.
I approach this work with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported as you learn to listen to your body, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
