After burning out from the corporate world, she refocused her energy on getting back to the basics—growing her own food, cooking nutritious meals and learning to listen to her body. She had spent the last 20 years helping others find balance with lessons learned from her own health journey.
She loves coaching others to reach their full potential, optimal well-being, align with their life purpose, reduce stress and assist them in removing blocks to uncover their authentic self. She spends her free time enjoying organic gardening, cooking, dancing, traveling and teaching others how to live a healthy lifestyle they enjoy!
