I have an extensive background ranging from the biological sciences, integrated nutrition and environmental protection to law, mediation and energy medicine yoga. I have spent years advocating and supporting children and families through difficult life transitions as a Children’s Lawyer and mediator. This experience continues to highlight how poorly equipped humans are at really taking care of themselves and those around them. Although I still spend time in that arena, I am shifting my focus towards helping people develop internal resilience and a greater appreciation for our interconnectedness which allows for the cultivation of abundant health regardless of the twists and challenges encountered in life.
Bringing HeartMath techniques and philosophy into my work has been incredibly rewarding and healing for many of the individuals I coach and support. Together, one conscious breath at a time, we can all help heal our beautiful planet and create abundant health and happiness for all!
