Learning HeartMath has been one of the highlights of my life. Though I have been on a spiritual path and meditated for years, the HeartMath tools have added immensely to my joy and well being in daily life.
I'm also a Certified Trager Practitioner, N.C. Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT NC #213), and am trained and certified in several energy healing modalities including Reiki and the Rising Star Healing System.
I coordinate the Prayer Team and am a trained prayer chaplain for Unity Center of Peace, a loving New Thought community in Chapel Hill, N.C..
