For much of my life, I worked in roles that required steadiness under pressure. Managing complex systems. Holding responsibility. Making decisions that affected people, animals, and livelihoods. What I didn’t yet have language for was what had been guiding me all along: the intelligence of the heart and the wisdom of horses. The turning point came when I noticed that the moments that mattered most, clarity, courage, truth, didn’t arrive through effort or strategy alone. They emerged when my nervous system settled and my attention softened. Horses had been teaching me this for years. HeartMath® gave me the science. My work now integrates evidence-based HeartMath® practices with Equine-Assisted Learning, Co-Active coaching, and ICF-aligned standards, informed by ongoing study in neuroscience, somatics, and embodied leadership. I’ve invested deeply in training, not to collect credentials, but to show up with integrity, skill, and care for both my clients and my horses. I serve individuals, leaders, and teams navigating transition, complexity, and legacy decisions. This work is experiential, grounded, and practical. It supports coherence, emotional regulation, and decision-making from a place of alignment rather than urgency. Clients come to me when they’re successful on the outside yet sensing something essential is asking for attention. Together, we slow the pace just enough to listen, build resilient inner capacity, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and flow.
