The last five years of my life were working in a lock down hospital setting providing counseling and teaching groups about stress and personal development. I’m a Stress & Well-Being Assessment Provider through HeartMath. I have a graduate degree in clinical psychology and a financial certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. I worked many years in community housing and maintain a California Real Estate Brokers license. I believe in looking at the gestalt of the entire human being and assisting people in making better decisions. I am presently completing an instructors certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at UCSD. I’m also a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner which is one aspect of energy medicine. This is a relaxation technique. It is a sound therapy method that works with the power of sound and the human biofield.
