I feel so privileged to be a Certified HeartMath Mentor. After experiencing personal, trackable health benefits using both HeartMath's Emwave2 and Inner Balance devices I immediately took the Coach/Mentor Training. I have a strong passion to introduce especially mothers and their children to the benefits of Heart-Brain Coherence by phone, zoom chats and in-person. I provide fun and easy opportunities to experience using both the Emwave and Inner Balance feedback tools to get into and sustain being in Heart-Brain Coherence. It's so powerful in easing stress!
