After learning about the HeartMath tools and technologies over 2 decades ago, I have been consistently implementing it in both my professional and personal life. Aside from my work in a burn center, I have a small private practice. As a health coach I help people identify their vision for health, and take the steps to reach their goals. From general stress management, to smoking cessation, I find that almost everybody can benefit from learning the HeartMath skill set.
