As a trauma survivor and a betrayal trauma specialist coach, I have first-hand knowledge of HM's benefits. Personally, it has helped me to regulate and process very strong emotions. Because I used HM on myself first was confident that it would be of benefit to my clients. I use HM in individual and group sessions and the responses are usually the same.
