I address the needs of people who need to manage and reduce their stress, anxiety, depression, anger and improve their resilience and makes healthy behavior changes to improve their quality of life, health and well-being. I have over 30 years of experience in teaching motivation and behavior change, stress management, exercise programming, and meditation.
