I’m passionate about working with first responders, public service professionals, and others devoted to serving their communities and organizations while strengthening their own health and well-being. My mission is to offer foundational education in human physiology, teach effective breathing and resilience strategies, and provide compassionate, practical support as clients build new habits and transform themselves from the inside out.

Through my private coaching practice, I support clients around the globe via video conferencing. I also design and facilitate in-person breathwork, mindfulness, and resilience trainings for law enforcement professionals and other public servants across Central Texas. In addition to my HeartMath certifications, I am an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, Conscious Uncoupling® Coach and Calling in “The One”® Coach.

My journey with HeartMath began as a personal exploration into the science of heart coherence. The transformative power of these techniques not only enhanced my own emotional resilience but also deepened my capacity for empathy and presence in my coaching practice. This profound impact inspired me to become a HeartMath Certified Mentor & Trainer, enabling me to integrate these evidence-based tools into my work with clients.

Since the spring of 2021, I have served as the contracted Mindfulness and Resilience training curriculum developer and instructor for a police training academy in Central Texas. Over this time, I have worked collaboratively with academy staff to develop 13 iterations of programming, laying a foundation for emotional intelligence and self-regulation training for both police cadets and in-service Field Training Officers. The integration of HeartMath's science-based techniques into this curriculum has provided cadets and officers with practical tools to regulate stress, improve decision-making under pressure, and build personal resilience — skills that directly support officer wellness and performance in the field.

I am profoundly grateful to have received mentoring from active duty and retired officers, as well as other first responders who are experienced mindfulness and resilience trainers. Their guidance has helped me customize lessons to be relatable, relevant, and immediately applicable to the unique challenges of the policing profession. Witnessing cadets and officers experience the empowering shift that occurs when they connect with their own capacity for self-regulation continues to inspire my dedication to this work.

I believe that cultivating heart-based resilience within law enforcement has the power to create a ripple effect — transforming not only individual officers' lives but also the broader culture of policing. By helping officers embody greater emotional intelligence, compassion, and coherence, I am honored to contribute to a vision of public safety that prioritizes both community well-being and the well-being of those who serve.

I’ve dedicated my career to guiding people in building resilience and cultivating authentic, joyful connections. I believe that intentionally developing our emotional and physical intelligence - along with our self-regulation skills - is essential to securing the blessings of liberty for ourselves, our communities and our world.
