I use HeartMath throughout my daily life. I am involved in several different professional interests and use the skills and protocol in all. I conduct trainings for educators, health and wellness organizations, K-12 students involved in a peer mediation training program I started in 2008, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, and work with clients using Shamanic Counseling in small groups and individuals, incorporating HeartMath in all.
