Being born and raised in Sweden and after two years each in Ireland and southern Spain before finally settling down in beautiful Sun Valley Idaho has taught me plenty about change. As the Greek philosopher Heraclitus wisely pointed out that “change is the only constant in life” yet, the human mind resists inevitable changes, which often makes us feel uncomfortable, anxious and sometimes outright panicked. Learning how to deal with change and making the right decisions in a turbulent and chaotic world is a highly valuable skill that can be taught, learned and improved upon.
Most of my professional career has been as a financial trader which is a highly stressful environment that commands quick and often scary decisions that have major implications. My HeartMath skills have many times helped me clear my mind to make the best possible decisions and to release the tension and stress that often builds up.
The past ten years as a martial arts practitioner and certified instructor in the traditional martial art Soo Bahk Do have been instrumental in my never-ending quest to improve on myself. The HeartMath and martial arts techniques and skills are very interconnected and, in my practice, and I use them both in my desire to help you to be the best version of yourself.
