I am a neuropsychologist turned life coach. I do what I call Heartfulness Coaching™ -- it's mindfulness with heart! My goal is to help you realize how to live from a place of soul alignment so everything comes effortlessly and with joy.
As a Sufi, the heart has always held a special place for me and my spiritual practices. So HM was a beautiful way to utilize the heart and at the same time, heal trauma. I've learned HM so I can better help my clients work through their trauma as this holds them back from living their happiest lives. And we all deserve to live from that place of love and joy, where we live most authentically and shine the brightest.
