I am originally from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico Heartmath has had a huge effect in my personal life and with my clients to support them having a positive effect on their thoughts and behaviors. I specialize in wellness and recovery using different tools to support my clients in their regeneration, identifying energy leaks that have a negative effect in our tolerance and behavior affecting our health and relationships. I have experience in special education in the school system supporting families and children overcoming difficulties by helping them to efficiently self-advocate taking responsibility for their own personal needs. My experience with domestic abuse and mental health challenges with PTSD has given me the sensibility to understand and work along with clients with similar experiences. I have a holistic therapy background using different energy medicine techniques to understand and self-regulate the nervous system. I have facilitated and co-facilitated Support groups and Workshops.
