I help clients with a wide variety of different challenges like anxiety, stress, panic attacks, over-thinking, low mood, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, sleep problems, trauma, phobias, unwanted habits, weight loss and much more.
I integrate Heart Math techniques into my work as a hypnotherapist, tailoring therapy to suit your unique needs. I use the Heart Math EmWave software when appropriate so you can see tangible results in the form of Biofeedback which focuses on heart rate variability and coherence.
