I have had a long professional career in a Corporate environment. This life experience and my life path, as the primary breadwinner, raising a young family, feeling pressure and stress for all sides, has lead me to the understanding that changing what is external does not lead to a life of peace and happiness.
I found my answers was in examining my internal landscape, finding a new way to operate. The heart is the place to find answers. The heart-brain connection is a direct path to achieving emotional wellbeing. Heartmath’s tools and techniques are part of my toolkit to transform stress into self-regulation and a connected state of being.
How I use the HeartMath System
I use Heartmath tools and techniques everyday.
I share these techniques with the people I come into contact with through the Buddhist Hospice that I volunteer with.
I share with friends, and am now looking to establish a practice where I can take this to a wide number of people, via both HR Wellness initiatives and direct to the public.
