I have been using HeartMath personally for 15 years and am a certified trainer for the Resilience Advantage program and the Activating the Heart of Teams. I am also coach/mentor with a global coaching practice using zoom. Personal resilience has been the key to both managing an on the go consulting practice and thriving with a diagnosis of aggressive breast cancer. I am a senior organizational consultant and coach with over 30 years in international and organizational environments. I have spent several years in Africa starting with being a Peace Corps volunteer in the Congo. In addition, I am an executive coach for The COMMIT Foundation, an executive transition program for Special Forces and top tier military transitioning from service and choosing to use their talents in the corporate world.
I have a B.S. in biology from Cornell University, a M.S. from Yale University in Neurobiology, and a Masters of International Administration.
